The how it works & the why you need to do this:
You want to feel empowered that you can self-regulate your internal process to reduvce the chaos & turmoil you are currently expeiencing.
1. Your anxieties, stress and overwhelm are created when your Sympathetic & Parasympathetic (your Autonomic Nervous system) gets out of balance
2. When this happens there are options to settle this - the one many use is medication - long-term this creates an unhelpful cycle and is not eood for your long-term health
3. Here at Help for You - we take a longer slower approach - that once you commit to this way and practice it - you will over time be less stressed aad overwhelmed, and probably be achieving this without medication or with the assistance of less medication.
4. I will always, if I notice your autonomic nervous system spiralling out of control - say STOP! This immediately interupts the process thats happening for you. Then I suggest you breathe with me to calm your system.
